Universal clinic announces the sale of its shares to expatriates.

Sale of Universal Clinic S.A shares.
After having been successful with our first investment project for the Panama City branch, Universal Clinic plans to open a new branch in Coronado and to continue expanding its medical services in the country. That is why the board of directors of Universal Clinic is selling from 10% to 40% of shares of the new branch in coronado to expatriates who wish to invest in Panama.
Since this is an investment project promoted by our firm Agroup, we wish to offer those investors the possibility of granting them a permanent residence. This process will be carried out through the well-known “Investor Visa”, with which our lawyers prepare the required documents in order to obtain a temporary residence permit for 2 years and after this period, the investors will be able to receive a permanent panamanian residence permit.
