What is Outsourcing Accounting?

Our outsourcing service refers to the process by which a company decides to manage its accounting through one of our specialized accountants and not through an accountant hired directly by the company. This modality has two alternatives:

1. The company decides to take our services to do the accounting from our facilities, providing us with the daily and monthly information required for the development of our functions. The whole procedure is done digitally: issuing invoices, financial reports, meetings, etc. In case the assigned accountant is needed in person, he/she will visit our client’s facilities.

2. In the second modality, the company wishes to have an accountant assigned by us to its facilities, who will not be a direct employee of the company, but will provide his services as an accountant in the offices where the client’s business operates.

• By contracting our outsourcing accounting services externally you will have greater comfort in the administration of your business and you will be able to take advantage of this to fully focus on the performance of your company.
• The payment for our fees will be less than the salary you would have to pay if you have an accountant as an employee.
• By not having to pay salaries, you will be able to save the payment of payroll, insurance and other payments that must be made by having a contract with an accountant in your company.
